How a Comp Guy Learned to Stop Worrying and Love AI
Virtual (Live) August 20, 2026 01:00 PM Eastern

Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing how work gets done and how organizations create value. While much of the conversation focuses on productivity gains, the broader implications for talent, leadership, and Total Rewards are only beginning to surface. In this session, a Total Rewards practitioner shares how accessible AI tools are reshaping what individuals and teams can build and deliver. Without a technical background or development team, it is now possible to create custom AI agents, automate complex HR workflows, and develop tools that would have previously required specialized technical resources.

The session introduces the concept of the “Imagination Age,” a framework for understanding how AI reduces the barriers to creation and elevates human imagination, curiosity, and judgment as critical drivers of organizational value. Attendees will see a live demonstration of a custom AI thinking partner and explore practical ways to begin experimenting with AI tools within their own teams.

Beyond the technology itself, the discussion will explore what these shifts mean for Total Rewards strategy. As AI changes how work is created and evaluated, organizations will need to reconsider how they hire, assess performance, design rewards, and develop leaders in an environment where human insight, creativity, and judgment become even more important.

Key Takeaways
