Survey Results

The Total Rewards Leadership Priority Study highlights key trends shaping organizations’ 2025 Total Rewards strategies. 


Total rewards leaders were first asked to share which Total Rewards factors would have the highest impact in their organizations in 2025. Next, they shared their top goals for 2025. Finally, we asked them to tell us what one thing they'd like to change about their organization's Total Rewards Strategy. 


Priorities are explored based on financial performance, growth trajectory, and organization size. Goals are explored through summaries and word clouds and desired changes are categorized and summarized to explore common factors across organizations.
