FLSA Implementation Toolkit

Federal court action on 11/15/24 vacated the DOL’s 2024 rule to increase salary thresholds effective 7/1/24, 1/1/25, and  automatically increase threshold every three years going forward. The thresholds then effectively reverted back to those that went into effect on 1/1/20.

On 11/26/24 the DOL appealed the district court’s decision. WorldatWork will continue to monitor developments and provide updates.
