We discuss how organizations can successfully implement apprenticeship programs, including ones for tech workers — a relatively recent phenomenon. Our guest is Julie Lammers, Senior Vice President of Advocacy and Corporate Social Responsibility at American Student Assistance. Julie has broad and extensive public sector experience (from the House of Commons to the US Senate) and was quoted in a recent #evolve article on apprenticeships titled, “Apprenticeships are a Growing, Attractive Solution for U.S. Employers.”
