This report summarizes the results of a June 2022 survey that asked about employers' views on four-day workweeks. A total of 203 responses were received, representing organizations of different sizes and across multiple industries. Sample sizes vary by question.
With some countries actively moving toward a four-day workweek, WorldatWork surveyed its members and customer base to gather insights into whether they currently offer a four-day workweek and what barriers might prevent them from doing so.
