This report summarizes the results of a February 2021 WorldatWork survey gathering information about trends in pay policies based on geography.

Survey Results

With the increase in full-time remote work over the past few years, many companies are reconsidering the role of geographic locations in employee pay. This survey reveals how geographic factors are driving changes in employee pay considerations. It shows some of the compensation changes organizations are considering, how soon they plan to implement these changes, what indicators they use to segment geographies, the range between the lowest and highest geographic pay levels, and more.
