In May 2022, reports emerged that the U.S. Supreme Court planned to overturn Roe v. Wade. Within weeks, WorldatWork surveyed its members and customer base to gather insights into how employers planned to respond, or if they planned to take any action at all, if the decision were reversed.
This report summarizes the results of a June 2022 survey seeking to learn about how organizations might respond if Roe v. Wade were overturned. A total of 153 responses were received, representing organizations of different sizes and across multiple industries. Results were collected over a 15-day period, beginning on 05/16/2022. Sample sizes vary by question.
