Evaluating Pay Program Effectiveness


This research brief was an evaluation of pay program effectiveness within organizations surveyed.

Survey Results

WorldatWork members, the members of the Chicago Compensation Association and registered Hay Group (a management consulting firm) Website users were invited to participate in the research initiative in January 2006. Of the more than 600 respondents who participated in the study, 55% were compensation professionals, 27% were HR managers, 18% held other managerial positions (e.g., primarily business unit executives and finance professionals).
