Why participate?
WorldatWork members (or Salary Budget Survey Access + purchasers) who complete the Salary Budget Survey in full (and remain in good standing at time of publication) receive a complimentary subscription to the 2026-2027 Salary Budget Survey, which includes the Executive Analysis, Detailed Tables and 18 months of access to the 26-27 Interactive Tool for U.S. and Canada. WorldatWork members who do not participate in the survey may purchase a 2026-2027 Salary Budget Survey subscription for $395 (non-member price $1265.)
I'm a WorldatWork member, how do I participate?
- Access the survey directly. Current WorldatWork members will receive an invitation email at their membership email address on March 10, 2026. That email will include a direct link to the survey. You may also directly access the survey HERE.
- Use your Account/Member ID to complete the survey. To access the 2026 survey, you will be asked to enter your WorldatWork Account/Member ID. You can find this in your WorldatWork online account. Step-by-step instructions are available HERE.
- Share the survey link if someone on your team is completing it for you. If you would like a member of your team to complete the survey on your behalf, you may share the survey link and Member/Account ID with that person. Access to the SBS report and interactive tool will be granted to the member whose Member/Account ID was used. Step-by-step instructions on how to find Member/Account ID are available HERE.
- Coordinate with your team before submitting. If multiple people on your team are WorldatWork members, decide in advance whose Member/Account ID should be used to complete the survey. We recommend using the Member/Account ID of the person who most needs access to the report and interactive tool.
Not a member? Here’s how you can participate.
- Find a member colleague: Check with your team and see if someone else in your organization is a WorldatWork member. Complete the survey on their behalf using their Account/Member ID.
- Become a WorldatWork member: Join online (After you join, you will be sent an invitation with the survey link within 48 hours).
This Excel file may be used to prepare for completing the online SBS, and is required for anyone granted a special accommodation to complete the survey outside of our survey platform. If you are completing this spreadsheet as part of an accommodation request, you must complete the Background and Regions tabs and at least one country tab. On the "AllOtherCountries" tab, you may duplicate the Country columns as many times as you need in order to prepare for all of the countries for which you are reporting data.
