Market Pressures Prompt Changes in Pay Structures
Here are some additional highlights: 65% of respondents said they use a market-based compensation structure, up from 55% in 2019.;54% of organizations have more than one compensation structure in place, with 32% citing the use of two to four structures.;80% of respondents said compensation structures continue to be tied to base pay, a slight decrease from the previous survey as companies explore alternative approaches.
