Bullying & Sexually Marginalized Workers: A Threat to the Employee Value Proposition
We are perplexed by this finding, but postulate that it may be due to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives practiced in U.S. organizations that are impactful enough to dissuade heterosexual workers from bullying LGB co-workers.
