More than 90 businesses throughout the U.S. have a four-day, 32-hour workweek.

According to a new survey of 350 working caregivers conducted by Health Advocate, a Pennsylvania-based health and patient advocacy and assistance company, nearly all respondents (90%) reported spending at least 10 hours per week on caregiving tasks, and 50% indicated they spend 20 or more hours.

It also requires plans to review their provider directories for inaccuracies at least every 90 days and update them within two business days of receiving new information from providers.
