Cura HR was founded in 2010, providing specialty HR services related to HR program management, compensation, benefits, and HR technology solutions, as well as due diligence and integration work for mergers and acquisitions. Today we provide full HR outsourcing, ad-hoc, and project-based services. Our well-rounded team brings expertise across industries and the continuum of all HR disciplines. 

We support hundreds of clients in dozens of industries ranging from 6 to 60,000 employees, with varying organizational structures, ownership and funding models.

Cura Consultants support between 5-10 client engagements at a time. Each consultant’s work is varied in scope and type of engagement to ensure a breadth and depth of exposure and understanding of different operations, client needs, and potential solutions. Clients have a primary point of contact, or two, with access to expertise from the entire team. Cura consultants are employees who are immersed in a culture of knowledge sharing, cross-training, and team support. Our compensation, benefits, analytic, and payroll experts provide guidance, instruction, and support across the entire Cura client base.
