A successful compensation program supports talent acquisition and retention and controls costs and creating a program that accomplishes your company’s goals requires a solid foundation. A well-defined job architecture and reliable market data are two pieces of a compensation program’s foundation, but having those elements exist in separate silos isn’t enough. The strongest compensation programs bring these elements together, so they support compensation professionals’ decision-making and planning.
In this webinar, we'll understand how to:
- Align market data with their job architecture to support their compensation programs
- Articulate the links between job architecture, compensation data, and effective market-based job pricing
- Translate investments in job architecture and market data into business value
Be sure to join us, as experts from BetterComp, Deloitte, and Empsight share strategies for creating a successful market-based compensation program that brings job architecture and market data together.
