Alan set upon building a better compensation solution by tapping into his 20 years of contacts in the comp space. His favorite part of the whole experience was hearing directly from customers what they wanted and then stepping back and designing a solution that addressed the common themes.
Nancy Romanyshyn is a fair pay thought leader, speaker, and compensation expert. Nancy joined Syndio 3+ years ago after 25+ years as a Rewards consultant in Willis Towers Watson's Metro NY Executive Compensation and Rewards practice working with F500 companies on global compensation frameworks.
She led WTW's North America Fair Pay Team and was a key member of the Global Fair Pay Team. Prior to joining WTW, she stood up the compensation function at Mikasa and led compensation management for 6 years.
Athar Siddiqee is Vice President of Global Total Rewards at Micron Technology, a $30 billion high-tech firm with 45,000 employees. He has extensive experience in this field, having served in rewards leadership positions at Cisco, Synopsys, SanDisk, and Xilinx, among others.
Siddiqee is a member of the WorldatWork Executive Rewards Advisory Council and earned the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®) designations. A life-long Bay Area resident, he has taught professional courses at WorldatWork, UC Santa Cruz Extension and San Jose State University for many years.
He earned an MBA from Santa Clara University and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/Economics from UCLA.
Despite failing numerous times, Siddiqee continues to pursue his personal goal of becoming a stand-up comedian. He lives with his wife, son and daughter in Sunnyvale, California. Even they don't think he's funny.
Norway Manalaysay is a compensation expert with over 24 years of industry experience and more than 11 years dedicated to customer success. His extensive background includes technical roles in compensation, such as leading the Market Intelligence team at Accenture, and his current position as Client Success Manager at BetterComp. This blend of hands-on compensation expertise and customer success experience enables Norway to deeply understand the challenges compensation professionals face and provide valuable support.
He is also passionate about the education and development of compensation professionals, currently serving as a Board Director for the Chicago Compensation Association.
