Elizabeth Crofoot is a Senior Economist and Principal Researcher at Lightcast, a leading labor market analytics and consulting firm specializing in labor market trends and workforce development.
With over 20 years of experience in assessing US and global labor market and compensation data, Elizabeth is an expert in researching businesses' responses to labor and talent shortages. She works closely with global enterprises to address these challenges by identifying rising skills and occupations in their markets, assessing labor costs, and developing skill-based hiring and training plans. She also possesses extensive experience in evaluating global labor market competitiveness, assisting business leaders with strategic geolocation decisions based on labor market dynamics. Her insights have guided numerous organizations through the evolving landscape of the modern workforce.
Prior to her current role, Elizabeth held positions as a Senior Economist at The Conference Board and as a Supervisory Economist at the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. She has shared her expertise on labor market trends in various media outlets, including the Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, and NPR’s Marketplace. Elizabeth is also an author of numerous reports and blogs on labor shortages and workforce development. She earned an MA in Economics from American University and a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Washington.

Connie Haney is a seasoned Total Rewards leader with experience designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies across a wide range of industries and global organizations. She partners with boards, executives, and business leaders to align rewards programs with corporate strategy, driving performance and market competitiveness.
Connie currently serves as Director of Total Rewards at Acumatica, where she is implementing an innovative compensation framework to support talent attraction and retention in a competitive hiring environment.
Previously, she was Vice President of Total Rewards at CoorsTek, a $2B global manufacturer, where she led the transformation of the company’s rewards strategy and addressed significant market gaps in global base pay.
A WorldatWork faculty member since 2004, Connie brings both strategic insight and practical experience to her instruction, as well as her knowledge as a WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®), Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP®), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®), and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP®). She holds a BA in Economics from Trinity International University and an MBA from George Fox University and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Liz Supinski joined WorldatWork as the Director of Research and Insights in 2022. Previously she was the Director of Research Products for the Society for Human Resource Management. Prior to her years at SHRM, Liz spent many years as a consultant in the HR space, much of it focused on personnel selection and promotional testing. Liz specializes in integrative data storytelling, leveraging machine learning, traditional statistics, data visualization and narrative text to turn data into actionable insights.
Liz holds an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and an MS in Data Science from Indiana University Bloomington and is certified as a SHRM-SCP.
