Tiffany is the head of Global Total Rewards, Performance and Careers for Accenture’s nearly 780,000 people in more than 45 countries. Tiffany has more than 20 years of Rewards and HR experience in multiple industries. Her true passion is bringing technology and strategic design together to create award-winning employee experiences, and sharing their story and accomplishments at Accenture with clients and the HR and Rewards community. 

Leah Cohen-McHale
Director/Head of HR at Redhorse Corporation

Leah Cohen-McHale is a seasoned HR professional with over 16 years of experience spanning HR, project management, and leadership. Known for her strategic acumen, Leah has made significant contributions to both for-profit and non-profit sectors, driving HR initiatives and achieving key milestones.

In her role as Director/Head of HR at Redhorse, a mid-sized government contractor in the DMV area, Leah manages the full spectrum of human resources functions. She is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies, programs, policies, and procedures. Her expertise covers strategic HR leadership, employee relations and engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR compliance and risk management, HRIS management, and support for mergers and acquisitions. Leah is dedicated to aligning employee needs with business objectives to enhance organizational performance. 

Beyond her professional role, Leah is deeply committed to volunteer work. She serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the Washington Area Total Rewards Association (WATRA), a non-profit focused on advancing Total Reward disciplines such as compensation, benefits, and overall wellness. In this leadership role, Leah promotes career development for members and contributes to the advancement of Total Reward practices. She is also passionate about mentoring HR professionals and finding great satisfaction in guiding and empowering others in their careers.

Leah holds a Bachelor of Science from James Madison University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University. Her professional credentials include certifications such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional). She is also a certified trainer for Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership II and has earned the Employing Abilities at Work Certificate from SHRM.

Hem Patel
Vice President, Total Rewards at Moderna

Hem Patel is VP of Total Rewards at Moderna and has global responsibility for compensation (executive and broad-based), benefits, global mobility, recognition, equity administration, and payroll. As a member of the HR Leadership Team, he is focused on embedding the company values and Mindsets into all people processes and systems, building a culture of perpetual learning, and ensuring employee well-being remains key to the employee value proposition. Hem also leads the team that develops Moderna’s annual corporate scorecard and is a member of the 401(K) Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Moderna, Hem spent 18 years at HR consulting firm WTW. As well as his core role providing Executive Compensation advice to Boards, Compensation Committees and managements teams, he held several managerial roles, including leading the Metro New York Rewards Line of Business, and the life sciences industry team for the Talent & Rewards segment.
