To successfully navigate today’s compensation landscape and build a pay philosophy that balances growth with stability, organizations need a clear, transparent framework.

Join our webinar to explore how a deliberate pay philosophy can help attract and retain top talent. We’ll compare two common models: the "lower base, higher variable" approach often used by startups and the "higher base, lower variable" structure typical of established companies.

In this webinar, attendees will learn:

  • Different approaches based on whether the organization is a start-up or well-established.
  • Integrating Pay for Performance for both.
  • How paying at a specific percentage of the midpoint can assist in internal equity.
  • How moving an employee through the range can reward employee growth.
  • A look at focusing on key roles and pay for skills.

Join this webinar to learn more about different pay philosophies and their importance.
