Are employees who feel more satisfied with their pay actually paid more? How much does it cost to “buy” greater pay satisfaction? What truly drives employee perception of compensation – and what can we do when employees don’t see things the way we do as practitioners, equipped with market and internal data?
In this session, we’ll unpack findings from a unique study that compares employer-submitted salary data to employee-reported perceptions of pay. By examining both sides of the compensation coin, we’ll uncover where alignment exists – and where it breaks down. You’ll leave with data-driven insights and actionable strategies to better understand, communicate and optimize your pay programs for impact.
Webinar participants will qualify to receive the following WorldatWork, SHRM and HRCI recertification credits.
