Amee most recently served as Senior Vice President Human Resources at Hims & Hers Health (NYSE: HIMS), a leading health and wellness platform for sexual wellness, skin care and mental health. In this role, she led all aspects of the company’s people organization, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, HR Business Partners and Learning & Development. Prior to Hims, Amee was with Uber Technologies Limited (NYSE: UBER), where she was HR Director leading HR for UberEats US and Canada. Amee led HR initiatives to successfully set up and evolve the UberEats operating model and launched programs to build careers and leadership capabilities at an accelerated pace. She worked on Uber’s acquisition of Postmates Inc. which enabled the food delivery company to expand into additional geographies.
Prior to Uber, she was HR Director for Expedia group’s eCommerce Platforms division where she led HR for the risk and payments organization, helping them grow and scale at double-digit growth. She is an HR Venture Advisor for SemperVirens Venture Capital, a venture fund that invests in companies transforming Workforce, healthcare and financial technology. Amee received her Master’s Degree from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations based in Ithaca, New York. Her undergraduate degree is in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India.

Allan Brown is a seasoned executive pay practitioner and Total Rewards expert. He started his career with Towers Perrin and first joined the tech industry in the middle of the dot-com boom. He started the first people analytics team at Microsoft and left when Google recruited him as their first Director of Compensation and HR Systems. He also led Total Rewards at Yahoo!, Citrix Systems and Electronic Arts.
With decades of experience in both corporate and consulting roles, Allan has been instrumental in designing and leading compensation and performance management programs, particularly during periods of high change. Currently, Allan is serving as the interim head of total rewards for Synopsys, an $80 billion organization undergoing significant transformation as they plan to integrate a sizable acquisition.
Known for his candid insights and pragmatic approach, Allan brings a wealth of expertise to topics like executive pay, compensation strategy, and the shifting landscape of cash and equity incentives. Allan is also authoring a book that dives deep into executive pay and its impact on wealth inequality, offering a rare, insider's view into how corporate compensation decisions ripple across the economy.
