As the regulatory landscape surrounding people strategies continues to evolve, employers must carefully evaluate and adapt their approaches. This is a timely topic that carries implications across an organization. Employers need to be aware of the risk that exists within the current environment and how to navigate the changes.

In this webinar, we'll explore:

  • The complexities of navigating regulations that differ across national and state jurisdictions
  • Strategies for effectively sharing policy updates with your internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Insights on how to mitigate potential backlash through a defensible and quantifiable position.

Join us as the presenters talk us through what employers should consider as they modify their people strategies in light of evolving regulations.
