The Turning 65 Workshop was created by Thomas Wright, who spent 30+ years as a financial advisor specializing in employee benefits. Tom saw first-hand this widespread 'illiteracy' in the workplace among older employees who were approaching retirement... and how hard it often was for them to find information that was reliable, objective, and understandable.
Unlike other presentations which may have an underlying motive to market insurance, retirement plans, or other financial services, the Turning 65 Workshop is an independent, paid learning program. The result is information that’s candid, unbiased and free of any hidden sales or promotional agendas.
The widespread shift to online experiences due to Covid-19 has ushered in a new virtual version of our popular 90-minute ‘consumer-level’ learning program for employees age 60+. This online workshop delivers the same need-to-know info in plain language, but is pre-recorded so it can be conveniently viewed 'on-demand' by employees on personal time.
