Total Rewards Cincinnati (TRC) was originally founded in 1990 as the Greater Cincinnati Compensation and Benefits Association (GCCBA) and designed to promote the advancement of the Compensation and Benefits profession. The organization provides the opportunity for professional interaction and development, and serves as an information resource to the total rewards community. If you are involved in the design, implementation or management of compensation, benefit or total rewards programs, TRC membership is the perfect fit for you.
Total Rewards Cincinnati is a local network affiliate with WorldatWork and many of our members are also WorldatWork members. WorldatWork serves the worldwide needs of the HR professionals who are involved in attracting, retaining and motivating employees. They offer education and certification programs, promote and sponsor research activities, produce a variety of educational and informational publications, and sponsor conferences and networking opportunities. TRC is also affiliated with the HR Collaborative, which was formed in 2006 with a vision to bring together all the associations in Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky related to the HR profession. Associations in the Collaborative share program invitations and other opportunities of shared interest to members, and gather informally for networking several times a year. The HR Collaborative offers an annual one-day HR Conference in the Cincinnati area for HR professionals. Total Rewards Cincinnati members enjoy discounted conference fees.
In September 2021, the organization became Total Rewards Cincinnati to reflect the changing benefits landscape.
