According to respondents in the Health Advocate survey, top caregiving responsibilities include:

;Administering medications and managing medical appointments (74%);
;Preparing meals and assisting with feeding (71%);

;Coordinating health care services and communicating with providers (67%);
Nearly three-quarters (70%) rated their caregiver burden during the past two weeks a 5 or higher on a scale of 1 (mild) to 10 (substantial).

Payscale’s 2025 Pay Confidence Gap Report, which surveyed 1,000 U.S. workers and 500 U.S. business leaders, HR leaders and HR managers, found:

employees using AI to shape salary expectations.;

AI assistants like ChatGPT.;
;19% are turning to
social media platforms like TikTok, Reddit, Instagram and Facebook for salary information.;
