;Assign a dollar value to each of the costs and gains to calculate a cost-benefit ratio.;
;Incorporate other
internal data such as employee demographics or locations, or external data such as benchmarking and market comparisons, to add context to your findings.;
;Use those findings to determine and communicate next steps.;
You
may incorporate data pulled from:
;Internal benefit utilization reports;;
