Workplace Well-Being Deserves a Fresh Look
A survey of 1,000 workers who started a new job in 2021 found burnout to be the No. 1 reason they left their previous job (40%), followed by organizational changes at the company (34%), lack of flexibility and not feeling valued (20%) and insufficient benefits (19%) (Mayer 2021).
