This toolkit includes a variety of resources to help you implement the U.S. Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (FLSA) regulations. These templates were designed to aid you through the implementation process and reflect changes to FLSA exemption tests that were published in the Federal Register on September 27, 2019, and became effective January 1, 2020.
