From Curiosity to Confidence: Putting Real-World HR AI Use Cases into Practice
Virtual (Live) May 19, 2026 01:00 PM Eastern

The panel session AI in the Real World: What People Are Actually Doing and Why It Matters explores how practitioners are using AI today and what they are learning along the way. This follow-up workshop is designed to take the next step by slowing things down and helping participants begin applying a few of those real-world use cases themselves.

This 90-minute interactive workshop is focused on practical, hands-on exploration for HR professionals who want to move beyond ideas and into action. Rather than covering everything AI could do, the session intentionally narrows in on a small set of relatable HR scenarios drawn from everyday work (such as productivity, analysis, communication, and problem solving).

Participants will walk through examples, review sample prompts, and practice simple frameworks for engaging with AI tools in an HR context. The emphasis is not on technical expertise or specific platforms, but on how to think, ask better questions, and guide outcomes while maintaining professional judgment, ethical responsibility, and the human-centered role of HR.

By the end of the session, participants will leave with greater confidence in how to start experimenting with AI in their own work, along with practical prompts and templates they can adapt and reuse. The goal is not mastery, but momentum! Helping HR professionals move from curiosity to confident, thoughtful application.

Webinar participants will qualify to receive the following WorldatWork, HRCI, and SHRM recertification credits.
