AI in the Real World: What People Are Actually Doing and Why It Matters
Virtual (Live) May 12, 2026 01:00 PM Eastern

AI is everywhere right now, but most conversations still stay at the surface. This featured webinar is about getting past the buzzwords and into real use.

In this panel style conversation, practitioners from different roles and organizations will share how they are actually using AI in their day-to-day work. Not theoretical futures or vendor demos, but real examples of what they have tried, what has worked, what surprised them, and where they are still experimenting.

You will hear concrete use cases across areas like productivity, analysis, decision making, communication, and problem solving, along with the context behind why those choices made sense for their teams. The goal is to spark ideas you can realistically adapt, not overwhelm you with everything AI could be.

This session sets the stage for a follow up hands-on workshop the following week, where we will slow things down and walk through how to actually do a few of the use cases discussed. Attend the webinar to explore what is possible, then join the workshop to start putting it into practice.

Webinar participants will qualify to receive the following WorldatWork, HRCI, and SHRM recertification credits.
