Australian HR professionals can now access certifications and courses

Scottsdale, Arizona — WorldatWork continues its mission to bring leading-edge learning solutions to HR and Total Rewards professionals across the globe with Mercer in Australia.
WorldatWork is now working with Mercer, a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), one of the world’s leading professional services firms in the areas of risk, strategy and people. Mercer’s more than 25,000 employees are based in 43 countries, and the firm operates in over 130 countries.
By allying with one of the world’s leading Total Rewards associations, Mercer in Australia will provide WorldatWork certifications through proprietary online and in-person classes, empowering Total Rewards professionals in Australia to take up leadership roles in the field while advancing their organizations.
Like most advanced economies, Australia faces skills shortages in technology, banking and engineering, so the competition to hire top talent is monumental. These pressures are driving companies to look beyond remuneration to offer comprehensive reward packages that include both tangible and intangible benefits. Australian HR professionals will now be able to earn WorldatWork’s most sought-after global certifications in Total Rewards: Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) and Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP®).
