Additional Information

No previous knowledge of Total Rewards is needed to take this course. This course is designed for HR professionals in the U.S. who are new to the benefits field. It is also ideal for HR generalists or compensation specialists with limited benefits compliance knowledge who wish to expand their skill set. We recommend taking Total Rewards Management for Benefits Success as the first course toward your CBP certification. 

You must pass the required certification exam accompanying this course to acquire your certification.
