Gail Greenfield is an eminent pay equity expert who has recently joined Trusaic as Executive Vice President of Pay Equity and Total Rewards Strategy and Solutions.

With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in developing data-driven strategies to promote workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion. Gail's career includes roles at Oracle and Warner Brothers Discovery, and she has a rich history at Mercer, where she testified before Congress on diversity and inclusion.

Her insights on pay equity have been featured in major media outlets, and she is a respected speaker at industry events. Gail holds a PhD in economics from Claremont Graduate University and a bachelor's degree in business economics.

Bill O’Connor
Partner at Aon Talent Solutions

Bill O’Connor is a Partner in Aon’s compensation consulting practice with nearly 25 years of experience. Bill focuses on advising publicly-traded and privately-held life sciences, technology, and general industry companies in the areas of executive compensation, corporate governance and incentive plan design. Many of Bill’s engagements involve working with complex and high-growth companies to define highly differentiated compensation philosophies and developing rewards programs that are aligned with shareholder interests and the Company’s strategic objectives. Bill has supported several of his current clients in transitioning from privately-held to publicly-traded.

Bill has presented and/or written whitepapers with respect to differentiated incentive plan designs, underwater stock option exchanges and transitioning from a privately-held company to a publicly-traded company via SPAC or reverse merger. Bill also serves as one of Aon’s primary contacts on severance and change in control practices.

Bill joined Aon in 2012. Prior to joining Aon, Bill was a Manager with Deloitte Consulting’s Executive Compensation Practice.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, Illinois.
