The Economics team at Revelio Labs studies workforce trends using the world’s first universal HR database. We’ve uncovered countless insights as they relate to compensation, pay, benefits and how they interact with employee satisfaction, retention, engagement or willingness to work. In this webinar, Chief Economist Lisa Simon, will share the most important and impactful findings: higher salaries may not always lead to higher employee loyalty and retention. Salaries are not all employees care about. But underpaying employees is a surefire way to lose them. What else really matters to employees?

In this conversation, we will discuss:

    • Topics on the impact of pay transparency laws
    • Why they are leveling the playing field for everyone
    • The power of salary benchmarking
    • Case studies of companies that are doing it right and are dominating their competition by keeping employees happy and engaged
