Amy Beacom received her master’s and doctorate degrees from Columbia University, where her work focused on organizational psychology, women’s leadership, coaching and work/life balance. While there, she developed the first evidence-based parental leave coaching pedagogy and practice and is recognized as the founding architect of the field of parental leave coaching in the United States.
