Andrew Guigno is Survey Operations Manager at Pearl Meyer, where he leads the design, publication, and project management of compensation and benefits surveys across a wide range of industries and employee populations. He also manages a team of account managers supporting survey clients and operations.

Previously, Andrew held management roles at Shaw’s Supermarkets, gaining hands-on experience in HR operations and workforce management. He has been a WorldatWork member since 2014 and joined the faculty in 2024. He is also a faculty member in the Human Resources Management program at Framingham State University, where he teaches a graduate-level course in Compensation and Performance Management.

He earned a BS in Communications and Journalism from Suffolk University and an MA in Human Resource Management from Framingham State University. He is a WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®).
