Arun’s expertise spans multiple regions, where he has managed compensation programs across Canada, India, and the Middle East. His areas of specialization include job evaluation, market pricing, incentive design, and the use of advanced analytics and Excel-based modeling to support compensation strategies.In addition to his corporate work, Arun has spent over a decade training HR professionals in topics such as quantitative techniques, job evaluation, and statistical analysis in compensation, serving as a WorldatWork faculty member since 2018.
He is a WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®), and an HRPA Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL). Arun is also certified as a job evaluator in the Hay methodology and is deeply committed to advancing the field through education.
