Bernardo Buraglia is currently working for Bayer, U.S.A. LLC. He is accountable for leading the Total Rewards for the Americas. One of the key responsibilities is to work directly with the Board's compensation Committee in designing, evaluating, and approving compensation plans, policies, and programs of the Company.

The other main area of focus is to create the appropriate alignment with the diverse business needs and organizational segments while providing an efficient, effective, and compliant Total Rewards framework.

Prior to joining Bayer, Bernardo worked with, Eaton, Millicom SABMiller, AMGEN and Dow Chemical in a variety of roles. Buraglia also serves as a WorldatWork faculty member. 

His educational background includes an industrial engineer degree, an MBA with concentration in Finance from McGill University, a Black Belt Six Sigma certification and an EMBA from the University of Miami. Bernardo also holds the WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional® (CCP®) designation.
