
Bernardo Buraglia leads Total Rewards for the Americas region at Bayer USA LLC, working directly with the company’s Board Compensation Committee to design, evaluate, and implement executive compensation policies and programs. He also oversees development of Bayer’s Total Rewards strategies to align diverse business needs in the Americas with organizational structures, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Bernardo has held Total Rewards and HR leadership roles at multiple global organizations, including Eaton, Millicom, SABMiller, Amgen, and Dow Chemical. His broad industry background enables him to navigate complex compensation systems across geographies and business models. And as a certified Black Belt in Six Sigma, he brings a process improvement lens to his Total Rewards leadership.
