Brian Marsh is Vice President, Global Total Rewards at Restaurant Brands International and responsible for leading compensation, benefits, payroll, global mobility, and HR Safety and Compliance across RBI’s four brands – Burger King, Tim Hortons, Popeyes, and Firehouse Subs.
Prior to joining Restaurant Brands International, Marsh worked in various compensation, benefits, and HR roles at General Motors, Ally Financial, and Domino’s Pizza. He also serves as a current faculty member for WorldatWork teaching compensation courses to HR professionals.
In addition to his bachelor’s in business administration from WMU, Marsh earned an MBA from the University of Florida. He is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP®), Global Renumeration Professional (GRP®), Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP®), and is Lean Six Sigma Certified.
