
Brit Wittman is a senior Total Rewards executive with more than 25 years leadership experience in both executive and broad-based compensation roles at major corporations including Intel, Dell, and Cisco. In his Group Vice President role at Smurfit Westrock, he leads the design and implementation of a comprehensive total rewards strategy. His work ensures alignment with the company's objectives, motivates the workforce, and supports the attraction and retention of top talent.
Previously, he was General Manager of Executive Compensation at Chevron, overseeing all aspects of executive pay, including global benchmarking; salary planning; deferred compensation; retirement programs; and compensation, discussion & analysis development. He also served as liaison to the Chevron Board’s Compensation Committee.
Brit holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University and maintains certifications as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) and Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP®) from WorldatWork. He also serves as Chairman of the Society Board of Directors for WorldatWork, contributing to the advancement of the compensation profession.
