Cameron Martin, CCP, CBP, GRP, SPHR, TRLC, is the Director of Total Rewards at Colorado College. In this role, Cameron leads the strategy, design, and implementation of compensation and benefits programs, partnering with senior leadership to ensure offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the College’s mission and anti-racism commitment. 

With over a decade of progressive experience in human resources, including leadership roles in compensation, benefits, HRIS, and shared services, Cameron has managed large-scale compensation budgets, led pay equity initiatives, and driven process improvements in both higher education and municipal government. Cameron’s expertise includes statistical analytics, HR technology, and the development of sustainable, meaningful rewards programs. 

Cameron holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Human Resource Management and an MBA from the University of Colorado. Cameron’s professional credentials include Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Total Rewards Leadership Certification (TRLC), and Certified Mediator and Trainer (CMT). Cameron is an active member of WorldatWork and the Society for Human Resource Management.
