With over 25 years of reward practitioner experience, Christian has worked in aviation, entertainment, medical, financial services, and technology sectors. His career has taken him into diverse market sectors in Asia, Europe, Central and South America and across the US.
A WorldatWork faculty member since 2019, he is fluent in all C-Suite and executive compensation, hourly compensation, equity planning and design, and reward and bonus design solutions. He is a WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®), a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®), and a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP®).
