
Christine Bailey brings more than 20 years of experience across compensation, talent acquisition, organizational development, and workforce planning to the WorldatWork classroom, where she has taught since 2021.
As Director of Compensation and Workforce Analytics for the Teacher Retirement System of Texas, she leads compensation and workforce analytics for one of the nation’s largest public pension funds. Previously, Christine managed the State of Texas’s enterprise compensation system, supporting more than 150,000 employees. Her public sector experience also includes providing consultative HR services to over 100 executive and judicial agencies, conducting HR risk assessments and audits, and leading career progression and organizational assessments for the City of Austin.
Christine has also served on WorldatWork’s affiliate advisory board and is a former president of the Central Texas Compensation and Benefits Association. She is a frequent speaker and trainer on a range of HR and Total Rewards topics and holds the WorldatWork CCP®, and GRP®. She earned her BS in Organizational Communication from the University of Texas at Austin.
