Christopher Goff has more than 18 years of experience in compensation and sales operations, with a focus on pay transparency, incentive design, and strategic rewards. He currently serves as Senior Director of Sales Compensation at Laboratory Corporation of America.

Christopher joined the WorldatWork faculty in 2023 and also serves as an adjunct instructor at Catawba College. He has authored several books on sales compensation, hiring, and pay transparency and publishes regular commentary on compensation strategy at salescompguy. In addition to writing, he advises organizations of all sizes and speaks on best practices in rewards design.

He holds a BS in Finance from Catawba College, an MBA from Rasmussen University, and a master’s degree in Economics from North Carolina State University. He is a WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®), and Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP®) through WorldatWork.
