
Courtney is a culturally sensitive leader with two decades of experience leading complex change management initiatives that define and shift company culture and empower diverse and distributed workforces.
Having started her career in consulting at Towers Perrin, she has held roles of increased global responsibility at Avon, AXA, SAIC and most recently at Twitter as the former Head of People Experience. During her time at Twitter, she led the organization through the design and implementation of global pay transparency and focused on advocacy of inclusive benefits such as Twitter’s first global medical mobility travel allowance for Tweeps and their families and sponsored the creation of Twitter’s global LGBTQ+ travel resource to support communities navigating local LGBTQ+ legislation that impact travel.
Courtney brings a global perspective to her work having lived in France as an expat while working at AXA and working in multiple countries throughout Europe, Asia Pacific and South America in various roles. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where she studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics and is a member of Forbes HR Council.
