With over 25 years of experience in compensation and benefits, Craig Kams has worked across corporate, consulting, and industry-specific roles to design, implement, and manage Total Rewards programs. He is currently Senior Director for Total Rewards at Skyworks Solutions, Inc., where he leads compensation and benefits strategy and operations.
Earlier in his career, Craig served as an executive compensation consultant with Buck Consultants and also held in-house HR and compensation roles at NCR Corporation, Unique Casual Restaurants (Fuddruckers), and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. He joined the WorldatWork faculty in 2020 to share his experience spanning executive pay, equity-based compensation, and core benefits administration.
Craig holds a BBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an MBA from Babson College. He is a WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP®), a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) through Santa Clara University, and am HRCI Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
