Bringing more than two decades of experience in global benefits and Total Rewards, Dawn Kalamaras serves as Global Head of Total Rewards for Edelman. Previously, she was Vice President of Global Benefits at Wolters Kluwer, leading the strategic direction, design, and oversight of employee benefits programs across the company’s international footprint.
A WorldatWork faculty member since 2008, Dawn has held senior HR roles in a wide range of industries, including consumer products, advertising, financial services, biotechnology, and education. Her work has spanned both domestic and global responsibilities, with a consistent focus on aligning benefits strategy to support employee well-being and business objectives.
Dawn holds a BS in Economics from Northwestern University and is a WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP®).
