With more than 25 years of experience in benefits, compensation, and HR leadership, he brings a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset to the design and delivery of Total Rewards programs and to the WorldatWork classroom, where he has been teaching since 2019. Donald supports fast-paced, complex business environments that demand thoughtful leadership and the ability to balance competing priorities.

A WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®), he has received multiple employee benefits designations, served on advisory boards, and was nationally recognized by Employee Benefit News in February 2015 for his contributions to the field. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington.
