Elizabeth Black serves as Director of Global Total Rewards at Livingston International, leading compensation, benefits, people analytics, HRIS, and payroll functions for the global custom brokerage freight organization which helps businesses navigate the complexities of international trade.

With more than 25 years of experience in Total Rewards, she is known for her strategic insight and deep design expertise. Elizabeth’s experience has been sharpened in senior compensation and benefits roles at major employers across Canada and the U.S., including Green Shield Canada, Morneau Shepell, Direct Energy, Pitney Bowes, and the Royal Bank of Canada. Her work focuses on building effective rewards programs, aligning compensation systems with business goals, and modernizing pay infrastructure in complex organizations.

A faculty member since 2002, Elizabeth has taught foundational and advanced courses, including T1 and C8, and holds the WorldatWork Canadian Certified Compensation Professional (C-CCP®) credential. She holds a CRHM in Human Resources and business degree from Ryerson University.
