Enad Abu Naser, Assoc. CIPD, GRP is a professional with more than 12 years of total rewards experience. His expertise spans strategic reward planning, employee benefits and compensation, performance management, and law compliance.

Currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards & Manpower Planning at a leading Dairy company, Enad has previously held key leadership roles in the automotive and FMCG industries as Total Rewards Manager for Toyota Qatar and led the Compensation & Benefits function for the Arabian Gulf region in Nestlé Waters. Enad holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Yarmouk University.  Additionally, he has earned the esteemed certifications of Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), and is an Associate CIPD member.
