His work spans compensation strategy development, annual and long-term incentive design, performance measure selection, and pay-for-performance analysis.
A faculty member since 2014, Eric brings a focus on aligning executive compensation programs with business strategy and shareholder value creation. He has worked with large publicly traded companies, privately held firms and smaller public organizations across industries including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, professional services, retail, and telecommunications.
Eric has also advised clients through special situations such as mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, and IPOs, including Boeing, BB&T, Fifth Third, Nationwide, and TIAA-CREF.
Before joining CAP, Eric was a Principal at Korn/Ferry International, where he specialized in executive compensation consulting. He also held roles at Mercer in New York and at SCA Consulting in both its Dallas and New York offices.
